Understanding the Context
I desperately want an auto clicker, but I'm too scared of getting malware or a virus. I need more professional opinions to make sure of this.
They allow auto clickers, fps unlockers and Texture packs/shaders. Depending on the game, in-game rules may say "no autoclicking" so if you get caught good luck!

Ive seen this a couple times in my work environment and from what Ive found its not anything malicious. Generally programs that automate keystrokes and clicks get flagged for obvious.

Put the auto-clicker file into VirusTotal, and read what the vendors flag it as. If they flag it as something like TRJ_Malware, and has a different name with different AV vendors, its probably safe.
